This monograph describes the design of a hazard matrix for the Delikatessen Donuts Donuts microenterprise, which identifies the risks that non-recognition of internal problems brings in two important aspects: production and professional risks. To fulfill the objective, a Descriptive methodology was proposed where through the instruments such as the interviews and talks with the Manager and the employees of the microenterprise and the evaluation of the production processes and procedures, the main characteristics and factors are identified. that affect not only the production, but also the work of the employees, thus achieving the essential steps for the construction of the matrix. The results of the hazard matrix contributed to comply with the Colombian Legislation that regulates this type of company and also to minimize risks for both workers and production within a framework of culture of prevention and safety.

A raíz de esta evolución la empresa se ha preocupado durante este año por el bienestar de su personal y mejorar las condiciones laborales de sus integrantes. Por esta razón con la presente investigación se da inicio a la formulación para su implementación de algunos de los requisitos establecidos en la normatividad nacional vigente en materia de salud y seguridad en el trabajo, como es la caracterización sociodemográfica de la población trabajadora, condiciones de salud , identificación y valoración de los riesgos a los cuales se encuentra expuesto el personal. Con la información recolectada se pretende que este trabajo sea una guía para la persona encargada del sistema de gestión de salud y seguridad en el trabajo de la empresa, establezca medidas de control para mitigar los riesgos identificados en cada una de las áreas de trabajo, realice los programas de vigilancia epidemiológica de acuerdo a los resultados de los exámenes ocupacionales y los indicadores de ausentismos.

Although it is true that Colombia is not a potential producer country of rubber or raw materials for the production of rubber-based elements, in fact it imports raw materials for the production of its products; The companies that still carry out this economic activity present precarious working conditions due to the inadequate handling of chemical substances as well as the use of obsolete machinery and equipment that generate an impact on the health of workers and the environment. The various cataloged physical, chemical and biological risks identified there are analyzed and prioritized by means of a risk matrix under the ARIANNA methodology, through which it is possible to generate recommendations of a structural, procedural and ergonomic type to improve the identified poor occupational conditions. in the present diagnosis. Once the dangers have been identified and the risks have been assessed, it can be established that the company has various weaknesses in terms of occupational conditions, given that the jobs are not equipped in such a way that they provide the employee with the comfort necessary to carry out their activities in a 12-hour shift, in addition to this, the PRODUCTION BOXER production plant presents a serious problem regarding the emission of particulate material, for which it does not offer adequate protection measures to plant personnel; Other important factors identified through the diagnosis are directed to the lack of ventilation, lighting, excessive noise, significant temperatures, work overload, hyperextension, among others. Finally, the document establishes several recommendations, some of a structural nature and others aimed at establishing procedures and protocols that support the organization's occupational management for each of the identified shortcomings, with which it is possible to make the respective adjustments to make the production plant a safe place for staff.

This research project was to design the proposed epidemiological surveillance system for chemical hazards Bio Estéril S.A.S., pharmaceutical company, in order to establish prevention and risk management to preserve and improve the health of workers at their place of job. Its development was just in 3 consecutive phases: the first phase was the diagnosis, where the need to propose a system of epidemiological surveillance for chemical risks of the company was determined. To obtain this information two instruments were applied to characterize the chemical, risk and general population census data where the respondent (worker) as age, gender, profession, position, marital status, family composition, number recorded of children, type of housing, religion and leisure activities. The second phase is the structure and components of the proposal. And the last stage is the development of a proposal for a surveillance system for chemical hazards of chemicals with greater impact on the health of workers Bio Estéril S.A.S., The research was classified as a cross sectional study. The study population was 28 workers and the sample was taken 17 workers due to their exposure to different chemical risks. This surveillance system will serve as a model for the detection and implementation of appropriate preventive measures, representing a great strength to improve epidemiological conditions to which it is exposed in the workplace and the quality of life of workers.
