dc.description.resumen | El actual documento describe los elementos del diseño de una guía orientativa de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST, para la MiPyme
Consultoría Integral y Estudios S.A.S., “CINEA”, (CONCOL S.A., s.f.) en la
ciudad de Bogotá D.C., este documento de investigación tiene el propósito de
realizar un aporte al mejoramiento continuo de la organización, permitiendo también
el desarrollo personal y el aumento de la productividad de la empresa, convirtiéndose en los componentes más relevantes en términos de contribución al desarrollo organizacional, fijando lineamientos que sirvan como instrumento de gestión en la seguridad y salud en el trabajo SST, dando cumplimiento a lo establecido en la Ley 1562 de 2012 (trabajo, Ley 1562, 2012), del Ministerio de Trabajo, el Decreto único 1072 de 2015 del Ministerio del Trabajo, (Trabajo, 2015) de igual forma los lineamientos de las normas técnicas NTC – ISO 9001:2008, NTC – ISO OHSAS 18001:2007, NTC – ISO 31000:2009, y demás normativa vigente en materia de salud y seguridad en el trabajo en Colombia. El objetivo principal del diseño de una guía orientativa de un SG-SST, para la MiPyme CINEA, es el mejoramiento continuo en la organización, optimizar las condiciones laborales de sus empleados controlando los factores de riesgo y peligro presentes en el lugar de trabajo. | spa |
