Diseño del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, bajo la norma ISO 45001:2018, para Fertecnica G S.A.S. en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

The degree work, developed at Fertecnica G SAS, which has been specializing in the transport of electricity for high voltage lines, is intended for the company to have an occupational health and safety management system, of in such a way that risks, accident rates and absenteeism are minimized and it benefits from improving the productivity and health of workers. In the project, the research method used is inductive, since it starts from the observation in the places and work centers, to take the respective records, classify and analyze the information, and finally conclude. Fertecnica G SAS, implementing an improvement plan in the minimum standards of the Occupational Health and Safety Management system SG-SST, based on resolution 0312 of 2019, complies with the legal requirements and documenting the SG-SST, under ISO 45001: 2018 standard strengthens its management system.
