In this regard, Colombian legislation has established clear rules for companies to protect their employees against the different Psychosocial Risk Factors to which they are exposed in their daily work, in order to preserve their physical, mental and social health, improving their quality of life and business productivity; with the publication of Resolution 2646 of 2008 that establishes the "Provisions and responsibilities for the identification, evaluation, prevention, intervention and permanent monitoring of exposure to Psychosocial Risk Factors at work", by the then Ministry of Social Protection , the methodology was established for the prioritization and monitoring of these risks that generate alterations in the health of the working population; For this reason, all public and private companies have the obligation to carry out interventions in order to minimize and control the impact of these risks.
