Razón por la cual, el objetivo principal de este Trabajo es lograr diseñar el SG-SST, basado en la normatividad vigente decreto 1072 de 2015 y resolución de 0312 de 2019 y su relación con la prevención de accidentes Para ello, se utilizó la normativa como marco teórico referente para la elaboración de una lista de verificación. Al realizar el diagnóstico inicial del área de estudio se determinó que la empresa no cuenta con un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad Y Salud En El Trabajo, el cual es obligatorio en Colombia, esto se debe a que no cumplen los lineamientos que los reglamentos establecen para una buena Gestión y la legislación, por ende, los trabajadores no tienen conocimiento sobre los riesgos a los que están expuestos durante sus labores. La investigación propone capacitar al personal, que cuente con un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y salud, implementación de señalización en las diferentes áreas y uso de EPP para cada empleado, logrando cumplir lo establecido y reducir los ATEL, finalmente, se evalúo el costo de implementación con un monto estimado.The present research work was carried out in the company ACM, dedicated to the economic activity of agriculture, where it was identified that it did not have an SG-SST occupational health and safety management system, putting the physical integrity of the workers at risk. workers. Reason why, the main objective of this work is to design the SG-SST, based on the current regulations decree 1072 of 2015 and resolution of 2019 and its relationship with accident prevention. for this, the regulations were used as a theoretical framework reference for the elaboration of a checklist. When making the initial diagnosis of the study area, it was determined that the company does not have a management system which is mandatory in Colombia, this is because they do not comply with the guidelines that the regulations establish for good management and the legislation, therefore Hence, workers do not have knowledge about the risks to which they are exposed during their work.
