To fulfill the objective, a Descriptive methodology was proposed where through the instruments such as the interviews and talks with the Manager and the employees of the microenterprise and the evaluation of the production processes and procedures, the main characteristics and factors are identified. that affect not only the production, but also the work of the employees, thus achieving the essential steps for the construction of the matrix.
