The first phase that was carried out to fulfill the main objective of the work was a diagnosis with which the action plan, objectives and structure of the occupational health and safety management. Followed by an identification and prioritization of risks and dangers to which they are exposed the workers who work in the company through the gtc-45, then a management system that complies with the requirements and guidelines demanded in resolution 0312 of 2019 and decree 1072 of 2015, finally the necessary documentation was prepared for its subsequent implementation and execution of the system in the company.Capítulo 1.
