It is essential define the problems arising, in order to recognize the most important shortcomings. Then it continues with the development of the theoretical framework and the issues related, to achieve an effective evaluation of the variables which are to be monitored. Being necessary to do surveys and use tools that allow to establish the most common faults, Additional, submission a proposal with the costs of investment of the project, in which includes: spare parts prices, procedures, labour, raw material, staff training and other concepts related.
