Gaitán Ávila, Luisa FernandaJiménez Forero, Erick LeonardoSolano Sarmiento, Viviana Andrea2021-07-262021-07-262021https://repositorio.ecci.edu.co/handle/001/1264Se presenta el diseño de una herramienta para evaluar el cumplimiento legal del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo frente a la emergencia sanitaria generada por Covid19, de una empresa de transporte especial de pasajeros, por medio de la aplicación de una matriz de análisis de normativo; la investigación se enmarcó en el paradigma de perspectiva histórico hermenéutico, con un diseño descriptivo de tipo cuantitativo y cualitativo donde se tomó como población la legislación colombiana emitida por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, Ministerio de Trabajo y Ministerio de Transporte y como muestra las normativas aplicables para el sector de transporte especial de pasajeros. Como resultado conformó una matriz con los criterios de evaluación para la gestión de riesgos asociados al manejo de la emergencia sanitaria por COVID-19, aplicables y adaptados al sistema de gestión de salud y seguridad en el trabajo de una empresa de transporte especial de pasajeros definiendo pesos porcentuales que permitieron establecer una valoración cuantitativa del nivel de cumplimiento normativo, con el fin de aportar información en la toma de acciones necesarias para disminuir la probabilidad de ocurrencia de la enfermedad COVID-19 en el entorno laboral.The design of a tool to evaluate the legal compliance of the occupational health and safety management system in the face of the sanitary emergency generated by Covid-19 in a special passenger transportation company is presented, through the application of a regulatory analysis matrix; the research was framed in the paradigm of historical hermeneutic perspective, with a descriptive design of quantitative and qualitative type where the Colombian legislation issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Transportation was taken as population and the applicable regulations for the special passenger transportation sector as sample.
