En el presente estudio se desarrolla una investigación para determinar la afectación del riesgo ergonómico sobre las actividades desarrolladas por los montacarguistas de la empresa CA&L S.A, tomando como punto de partida el estudio metodológico para ejecutar la investigación, planteamiento de objetivos, hipótesis, y analizando el entorno de la organización. Teniendo en cuenta el marco legal vigente, se establecen términos y objetivos alineados dentro del marco referencial, para evaluar la situación actual y brindar la mejor recomendación en cuanto a normatividad. A través de los instrumentos REBA y Kuorinka se analizan condiciones de trabajo, posturas y pesos que representen un mayor riesgo para el individuo, para poder emitir recomendaciones que pueden colaborar con la mitigación de los problemas en los operarios a nivel osteo-muscular. Una adecuada gestión de los riesgos beneficia no solo a la empresa CA&L S.A por el cumplimiento de la norma, sino que garantiza el bienestar de los montacarguistas.National legislation obliges every public or private institution to develop occupational health and safety management, mainly observing the risks that are considered important and have the greatest impact on individuals. In this study, an investigation is developed to determine the impact of ergonomic risks on the activities carried out by the forklift operators of the company CA&L SA, taking as a starting point the methodological study to carry out the investigation, statement of objectives, hypotheses, and organizational environment analysis. Taking into account the current legal framework, terms and objectives aligned within the referential framework are established to evaluate the current situation and provide the best recommendation regarding regulations. Through the REBA and Kuorinka instruments, working conditions, postures and weights that represent a greater risk for the individual are analyzed, in order to present a group of recommendations that can collaborate with the mitigation of problems in the operators at the osteo-muscular level.
