All this can influence the performance, job satisfaction and health of workers through particular perceptions and experiences. In this regard, Colombian legislation has established clear rules for companies to protect their employees against the different Psychosocial Risk Factors to which they are exposed in their daily work, in order to preserve their physical, mental and social health, improving their quality of life and business productivity; with the publication of Resolution 2646 of 2008 that establishes the "Provisions and responsibilities for the identification, evaluation, prevention, intervention and permanent monitoring of exposure to Psychosocial Risk Factors at work", by the then Ministry of Social Protection , the methodology was established for the prioritization and monitoring of these risks that generate alterations in the health of the working population; For this reason, all public and private companies have the obligation to carry out interventions in order to minimize and control the impact of these risks. To comply with current legislation, in the company CAMBIOS NUEVO DORADO S.A.S. It is necessary to assess psychosocial risk factors at the Intra-work, extra-work level and levels of stress in the population. The foregoing according to Resolution 2404 of 2019, by which the Battery of Instruments for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risk Factors, the General Technical Guide for the Promotion, Prevention and Intervention of Psychosocial Factors and their Effects on the Working Population and their Specific Protocols and other provisions are dictated.
