Mantener y ayudar a la empresa en este proyecto, así como sensibilizar a la dirección de la misma para llevar a cabo la implementación, la consecución de los objetivos propuestos puede evitar que la organización incurra en multas o sanciones por incumplimiento de la normativa. Cabe destacar la importancia de cumplir con todas las etapas investigativas, inicialmente se realizó un diagnóstico de la empresa para ver su nivel de cumplimiento y de la misma forma se plasmó el plan de trabajo con el que se alcanzó los objetivos propuestos.The design and implementation of an occupational health and safety management system for the companies throughout the national territory is a big challenge in order to keep employee´s healthy in work environment. To keep and help the company in this project as well as raise awareness among the management of the company to carry out its implementation, achieving the proposed objectives can prevent the organization from incurring fines or sanctions for not complying with the regulations.
