The development of this work allowed the construction of a digital transformation model
for the management of the Business Development Center of ECCI University, hereinafter CDE
- ECCI. As part of this research, information was gathered on the main international models
for the management, promotion, growth and productivity of MSMEs in the five continents,
between 2015 and 2021; where the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) model was
identified as a global benchmark in technical and administrative support for micro and small
enterprises.
