Approximately 692 Units were analyzed, which present a number of constant failures and breakdowns that prompted the project of a maintenance proposal based on a PMO; For the development, initially an internal consultancy was prepared and executed, so that the current situation of the maintenance department and its deviations could be known, in order to establish a maintenance methodology, and finally and taking into account the chosen strategy, define activities that guarantee the availability of equipment and the continuous progress of maintenance management.
