Publicación Acceso abierto Diseño de una guía basada en la metodología REBA dirigida a trabajadores que realizan labores de higiene personal de adultos mayores en hogares geriátricos de beneficencia en la ciudad de Bogotá(2016) Gómez Mestizo, Adriana Marcela; Ramírez Murillo, Jefferson Smith; Martínez Triana, Jody FernandaThe objective of this evaluation was to identify psychosocial risk factors at the National Open and Distance University (UNAD), from the application of four questionnaires that subjectively assess intra-work and non-work conditions, stress assessment and the general data sheet, questionnaires that make up the Battery of Instruments for the Assessment of Psychosocial Risk, which was created by the Ministry of Social Protection and the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. It is important to note that this phase of the evaluation was carried out by an external company hired by the University, which was in charge of the virtual application of the instruments. The antecedents related to this phase are described in the antecedents section of the evaluation. After this phase, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Resolution 2646 of 2008, which establishes that psychosocial factors must be objectively and subjectively evaluated, the triangulation methodology was used to validate this study, which involved contrasting the qualitative results obtained from the evaluation and consultation and analysis of quantitative information sources. Likewise and as part of the objective evaluation, an occupational analysis of six occupational categories established as managers and professionals with personnel in charge, specialized professionals, university professionals and administrative technicians, health care level personnel, teaching staff in teaching career was carried out. , full-time occasional teachers and part-time occasional teachers, categories that were classified according to position, based on the population evaluated. The results showed a risk level between high and very high for intra-labor conditions and a lower percentage of exposed personnel for labor conditions, thus becoming the main factors of psychosocial risk This evaluation, concludes with the need to carry out a full psychosocial risk assessment for the 2015 period, as well as direct actions towards the prevention and control of symptoms associated with stress and identified risk factors.
