The project presented is called "A Look From The Risk Factors Of Musculoskeletal Disorders In The Workers Of The Travel Agency Novatours Under The Modality Of Telecommuting By Contingency SARSCovid-19." in which it is intended to reach the reasons why the administrative staff of the company NOVATOURS can develop musculoskeletal disorders while working at home without controls. The present research applies ergonomic methods that generate an aid to the application of risk matrices and develop improvement plans to avoid future occupational diseases, and thus be able to apply these elements to the telecommuting environment
