Publicación Acceso abierto Diseño del sistema de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la Empresa Gestión & Desarrollo Sostenible S.A.S.(2016) Ochoa María, Claudia Isabel; Infante Rincón, Claudia Liliana (Asesor)This document contains the design of an occupational health and safety management system, based on compliance with the requirements set forth in Chapter 6 of Decree 1072 of 2015, issued by the Ministry of Labor, which contributed to the strengthening of the Occupational health and safety of the company the company Gestión y Desarrollo Sostenible SAS, through the provision of Consulting services in management systems, social responsibility and environmental measurements, with a continuous commitment to improve the level of satisfaction of its customers and compliance with legal requirements. The development of this work was structured as follows: initially, an analysis of what was regulated in Chapter 6 of Decree 1072 of 2015 was carried out, and an initial evaluation was carried out to demonstrate compliance with the requirements contemplated in the decree in the organization Gestión y Desarrollo Sostenible SAS Then, we proceeded to document the design of the health and safety management system, which includes the planning, implementation, verification and improvement activities that the company must document and implement to ensure compliance with what is required in Decree 1072. of 2015.
