These types of violations affect the development of Colombian afros in the education arena, they sometimes experience isolation and episodes of discrimination in the study hall, promoting social inequity and injustice. In this context, afro descendants need to include the adaptation to the social requirements present in the capital city in order to achieve individual projects. Nevertheless, society manifest acts of discrimination in the lecture room, and in different spheres of human relations and interactions affecting the processes for proper advance in the generation of elements for successful communication. The result of this attitude in face on the world-evolution is a delay in the inter-communal recognition process, sometimes the exclusion of important data that is lost. A prior ambition for societies should be to get great intercultural competences; in other words, skills to ease the communication with people from other places, but this are not taken into account. This the relevant and necessary information related to the research problem be selected” (Gutierrez & Maz, n.d, p. 2). The research topic is how stereotypes are developed within society and how they can specifically affect within a company. In addition, a search is done to establish as first stay which is the origin of stereotypes, the functions that they have and the different approaches that can be found, along with this as stereotypes can prejudice and discrimination one perspective, also addressing the point of view of different authors and the proper on the different topics that are present. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to show how values affects the cultural exchange in different sociocultural issues. It is relevant to mention some basics concepts as a culture, interculturality and stereotypes to make sense through the whole text. One key change is based on the way people communicate by using technology tools; the increasingly common use puts the communication model in constant changing starting to separate each variable as a unit. At the same time intercultural, interaction and adaptation play an important role in the communication process by the use of technological advances; consequently these factors lead to increased effectiveness in measuring the success of communication.
