The construction company IACA y CÍA LTDA. Its main purpose is to carry out activities in the field of construction, design, repair, maintenance of structures and civil, agricultural and environmental works management. The address of the company is in the city of Sincelejo. The objective of this work is to identify the current conditions regarding OSH through the application of the Administrative Diagnosis in Health and Safety in the work, in order to implement the necessary improvement actions giving compliance with the requirements of the Colombian regulations in force in the Decree 1072/2015, through the execution of activities aimed at the promotion of the integral well-being of the organization's workers. Regarding the results of the level of implementation of the SG-SST, it was determined that Constructora IACA Y CIA LTDA. It has a compliance percentage deficient, with 31% of the total requirements demanded by legal regulations in force, and where the standards of identification and company overview as well as threat management and enhancement continuous that includes the PHVA Cycle.

Industrial safety and health of workers is one of the most significant aspects of any company, particularly in the construction sector, since work at heights is classified as high-risk work or critical work, not only because of the conditions in which It takes place only because there is still no preventive awareness; hence the importance of reducing the risks that this entails, for this reason, actions that reduce accidents and promote training and identification of opportunities that, according to the law, must be managed in them, must be taken into account in the organization to the good performance of this trade. The purpose of this project is to design a work program at heights that facilitates and prevents the development of work at 1.50 meters or more as a complement to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System for positions related to the construction sector.

Con el fin de implementar una estructura portátil de una torre de pre mezclado de concreto y así mejorar el proceso de construcción; se plantea en este trabajo de grado el diseño, el cálculo teórico y simulación por medio de análisis de elementos finitos de dicha estructura, garantizando la integridad de la misma.
