Because the company PROLAC shows that in the internal logistics of raw materials, shows a reduction in productivity compared to the capacity of the organization, which reduces considerable percentages orders, reflecting consequently lost Returns and raw materials that increase to overcome the due dates, which means you have to change inputs, this problem represents the company for delays in manufacturing the product. The importance of this plan is to contribute to the organization from the point of view; it has a number of data and information that would enable PROLAC solve the problem described above. Similarly, the plan proposed in the research contribute to obtaining better manage raw material inventory and greatly benefiting the organization, the industry and even the neighboring country, as waste management, efficient use of resources and market competitiveness.
