For this, three Colombian companies were taken into account: Centro Ferretero Mafer S.A.S, Energy Consulting Group and Colombiana Kimberly Colpapel S.A., in which a population sample of 30 employees who are at risk and have the disease of this syndrome were taken. A diagnosis was started to determine the main causes of this disease and how companies are acting to prevent and mitigate these risks. Identifying that this is one of the musculoskeletal diseases that most afflicts the working population. The results found in this investigation let us know that this disease occurs, due to the high rates of repetitive movement and manual labor. Causing excessive pain in the arm. This is how a series of recommendations is given for the companies involved in this project, in order to put them into practice and prevent occupational diseases.
