In the analysis of risk identification Golf Course preventing injury or illness that targets the group of workers who work in that Golf developing preventive and corrective programs on the population develops it generally such research. The objectives were described as the diagnosis of the factors associated with maintenance process and intervention that has workers in each of the associated risks. Methods: basing on a passive observation, demonstrated by a risk matrix according to the guidelines established in the Matriz Binaria. Results: After assessing the risks through the Binary suggested matrix it was concluded that thirty-two (32) tasks Golf Payande 25% presents a high probability that the risks that must take corrective action immediately compliance, the following risk estimates are "intolerable" corresponds to 6% of all assessed risks in the matrix; "important" risk corresponds to 61% of all high probability 13% of all the risks identified in the Golf Payande and finally the high probability is identified in the "moderate" risk to 1% the total percentage of high probability is 1% of the total of the risks identified in the Matrix Binary
