Adaptación de un procedimiento para fortalecer el proceso de inclusión y rehabilitación de trabajadores, en una empresa de consultoría

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo adaptar un procedimiento para la rehabilitación y reintegro laboral, a través de la implementación de recomendaciones según las condiciones de la empresa, con el fin de contribuir con trabajadores satisfechos dentro de la organización. El proceso de rehabilitación le permite a los trabajadores retornar a su trabajo bajo las mejores condiciones para el cumplimiento de las exigencias del cargo. Es una investigación cualitativa descriptiva, dado que parte del estudio de un grupo de personas que cuentan su experiencia en un ambiente laboral. Se revisó la literatura sobre el tema en Colombia y en otros países. Se realizó un diagnóstico de la empresa seleccionada, a través de la aplicación de diferentes instrumentos a la muestra escogida. Resultados. El 11% se siente muy satisfecho con el proceso de rehabilitación, el 50% se siente satisfecho, el 23% poco satisfecho y el 16% nada satisfecho. No se evidencia que se siga un manual de manera detallada para el proceso de reintegro y rehabilitación, y los casos que se han presentado se manejan mas por la responsabilidad de la empresa y solidaridad de los líderes. Se recomienda a la compañía la aplicación del manual adaptado para la rehabilitación y reintegro laboral.

Design of a guide for english-speaking foreigners who visit Bogota

In Colombia, foreigners come to different places well known for its beauty, culture and the characteristic idiosyncrasy of local people. These destinations are presented in many world guides for tourist who visit Colombia and specifically Bogota, however it becomes tricky to find a place just for enjoying the night or meet people with similar likes after a visit to the city's iconic places. For those reasons it is necessary to locate diverse and sometimes hidden places to show variety to the visitors or even a totally new experience. The goal is to identify those places and compile them in a guide for English speaking foreigners who visit Bogota, especially those who come for the first time. In this research it is included information detailing the step by step of the process followed in the pursuit of this goal. The Statement of the Problem organizes the investigation idea and defines what to do, the Background to have a clearer picture on what is to be done and what to be achieve. The research is justified in its social relevance and it will show the usefulness of an alternative guide of Bogota for foreigners. The theoretical framework shows a retrospective on the concepts and theories that are relevant to the research to develop. The methodology exposes the target population, the sample, the technique and the instruments used. The general objective describes what the aim of this work is. The information of the research and the results can be found in the chapters Data Analysis and Conclusions, the scope that may have the guide and the goals to be achieved are exposed in the Projections

Diseño la estructura documental del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la Fundación Universidad Autónoma de Colombia basado en el decreto 1072 de 2015

This research aimed to develop the documentary structure required by Decree 1072 of 2015 regarding the Occupational Safety and Health Management System SGSST for the Autonomous University of Colombia, the work was based on theoretical foundations emanating from the Colombian Law and The application of Standards and Guides standardized by the Colombian Institute of Technical Standards and Standardization - Icontec. The documentary structure of the SGSST was elaborated from GTC 45 of 2012 to design the matrix of identification of hazards and valuation of risks, according to the valuation we performed a weighting of the highest risks to be able to construct the programs in SGSST with Their respective indicators, the matrix for the identification of legal and other requirements, the SGSST manual and the mandatory procedures required by Decree 1072 were also elaborated.
