Publicación Acceso abierto Publicación Acceso abierto Manual de verificación de normas de riesgos laborales, seguridad y salud en el trabajo para empleadores y contratistas(2016) Parada Medina, NelsonIn Colombia there are Codes for all disciplines of law (Labor, Civil, Administrative, Criminal, Family, Miner, etc.), but there is no Code or Manual of Risks Labor, Safety and Health at Work that contains the obligations of employers with with respect to their employees, especially that the related standards are subject to inspection periodically by the labor authorities. Since 1979 the governments on duty have issued regulations related to the Safety and Health at Work and currently there is no Management Manual on the market that allows employers and contractors to verify compliance with the law and before Nonconformities implement the necessary corrective actions. The design of this Manual is aimed at employers and contractors know the law that applies to them in matters of occupational risks, safety and health at work and in a pedagogical way each one evidences the supports and / or records that must be exhibited to the labor authority at the time of the standards verification visit. This Manual contributes to improving the Health and Safety conditions of Workers also minimizes sanctions by the Labor Authority.
