The construction company IACA y CÍA LTDA. Its main purpose is to carry out activities in the field of construction, design, repair, maintenance of structures and civil, agricultural and environmental works management. The address of the company is in the city of Sincelejo. The objective of this work is to identify the current conditions regarding OSH through the application of the Administrative Diagnosis in Health and Safety in the work, in order to implement the necessary improvement actions giving compliance with the requirements of the Colombian regulations in force in the Decree 1072/2015, through the execution of activities aimed at the promotion of the integral well-being of the organization's workers. Regarding the results of the level of implementation of the SG-SST, it was determined that Constructora IACA Y CIA LTDA. It has a compliance percentage deficient, with 31% of the total requirements demanded by legal regulations in force, and where the standards of identification and company overview as well as threat management and enhancement continuous that includes the PHVA Cycle.

The design of a SG-SST evidences the beginning of a process of changes, adjustments and improvements to existing documents, in order to comply with regulatory requirements and current laws; additionally to keep an accurate, clear and reliable record of the company's processes. With the projection of implementing the SG-SST, the need arises to modify and create procedures that describe in detail the process to be followed in the installation of new operating tools, which contributes to the implementation of improvement, preventive and corrective actions, ensures the Verification, control and fulfillment of the activities of all the Processes defined for the operative and administrative personnel, these having a scope to all the persons of the company independent of their type of connection. Being aware of the importance of the maintenance and improvement of current occupational health programs in the road construction project of the municipality of Maceo - Corregimiento la Susana, resources are provided for the hiring of qualified and competent personnel to support programming, coordination and , execution and monitoring of the activities associated with the implementation of the SG-SST. Efforts must be made through the current project to obtain satisfactory results, which must be recorded and the conservation period established by Colombian regulations must be maintained. Currently it is established to design and implement the maintenance and improvement of the SG-SST, with the aim of fully complying with the established legal requirements.

The following pages describe how a security system was designed for safety and health at work (SG-SST) for the company LIWO Vision Estrategica S.A.S; of In accordance with the organization and planning phases defined in Decree 1072 of 2015, the compliance with legal obligations in order to improve working conditions in LIWO Vision Strategic S.A.S is a priority, the legal guidelines in this matter allow the improvement of health and safety conditions, in order to improve the internal management an initial proposal was designed, which had to be reconsidered after made of the application of the initial evaluation for the SG-SST, the result was not expected initially, and for this reason it began with the development of the proposal of the basic elements of the organization and planning described in Decree 1072 of 2015 issued by the Ministry of the Work, as part of the design, instruments were developed to collect information, and documents that support the organization and planning of the management system, such as final result the critical elements to be developed were determined through a work plan defined, the development of the work plan allows generating the guidelines to give continuity to the present project, and that must be done because it is an applicable legal requirement and determined in the Decree 1072 of 2015.

The objective of this evaluation was to identify psychosocial risk factors at the National Open and Distance University (UNAD), from the application of four questionnaires that subjectively assess intra-work and non-work conditions, stress assessment and the general data sheet, questionnaires that make up the Battery of Instruments for the Assessment of Psychosocial Risk, which was created by the Ministry of Social Protection and the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. It is important to note that this phase of the evaluation was carried out by an external company hired by the University, which was in charge of the virtual application of the instruments. The antecedents related to this phase are described in the antecedents section of the evaluation. After this phase, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Resolution 2646 of 2008, which establishes that psychosocial factors must be objectively and subjectively evaluated, the triangulation methodology was used to validate this study, which involved contrasting the qualitative results obtained from the evaluation and consultation and analysis of quantitative information sources. Likewise and as part of the objective evaluation, an occupational analysis of six occupational categories established as managers and professionals with personnel in charge, specialized professionals, university professionals and administrative technicians, health care level personnel, teaching staff in teaching career was carried out. , full-time occasional teachers and part-time occasional teachers, categories that were classified according to position, based on the population evaluated. The results showed a risk level between high and very high for intra-labor conditions and a lower percentage of exposed personnel for labor conditions, thus becoming the main factors of psychosocial risk This evaluation, concludes with the need to carry out a full psychosocial risk assessment for the 2015 period, as well as direct actions towards the prevention and control of symptoms associated with stress and identified risk factors.

During this investigation, the current problems in relation to the work in height on a construction site, evaluating the implementation of a prevention program and fall protection and its impact is the accident statistics within the period study January 2012 to March 2014. An accident occurs that generated an impact in the year 2012, an event that is related in this research work, such as the problem that motivates the execution of control activities and the measurement of efficacy within injuries learned triggers of this event. It was clearly demonstrated against the indicators practically not only the reduction in the number of height-related events, but also the reduction in the severity of the same on the affected workers. The system implemented allows evidence that the process used and was effective.
