The objective of this work is to identify the current conditions regarding OSH through the application of the Administrative Diagnosis in Health and Safety in the work, in order to implement the necessary improvement actions giving compliance with the requirements of the Colombian regulations in force in the Decree 1072/2015, through the execution of activities aimed at the promotion of the integral well-being of the organization's workers. Regarding the results of the level of implementation of the SG-SST, it was determined that Constructora IACA Y CIA LTDA. With the projection of implementing the SG-SST, the need arises to modify and create procedures that describe in detail the process to be followed in the installation of new operating tools, which contributes to the implementation of improvement, preventive and corrective actions, ensures the Verification, control and fulfillment of the activities of all the Processes defined for the operative and administrative personnel, these having a scope to all the persons of the company independent of their type of connection. Being aware of the importance of the maintenance and improvement of current occupational health programs in the road construction project of the municipality of Maceo - Corregimiento la Susana, resources are provided for the hiring of qualified and competent personnel to support programming, coordination and , execution and monitoring of the activities associated with the implementation of the SG-SST. Efforts must be made through the current project to obtain satisfactory results, which must be recorded and the conservation period established by Colombian regulations must be maintained. It is important to note that this phase of the evaluation was carried out by an external company hired by the University, which was in charge of the virtual application of the instruments. The antecedents related to this phase are described in the antecedents section of the evaluation. After this phase, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Resolution 2646 of 2008, which establishes that psychosocial factors must be objectively and subjectively evaluated, the triangulation methodology was used to validate this study, which involved contrasting the qualitative results obtained from the evaluation and consultation and analysis of quantitative information sources. Likewise and as part of the objective evaluation, an occupational analysis of six occupational categories established as managers and professionals with personnel in charge, specialized professionals, university professionals and administrative technicians, health care level personnel, teaching staff in teaching career was carried out. , full-time occasional teachers and part-time occasional teachers, categories that were classified according to position, based on the population evaluated.
