Caregivers Health responsible for providing optimal care to cancer patients, are exposed to personal emotional changes, provided the disease is viewed from the mid-point of the patient and not the caregiver, for this reason we want to identify and describe the relevant aspects and relating to the tasks of caring for these patients, as labile emotionally and physically. Psychological disorders health caregivers, caregivers of cancer patients are identified. Psychological disorders including stress, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, are some of the causes of psychological disorders, of great interest, ensure the quality of life of workers who are in constant contact with human suffering because of their oncologic disease, some measures that can be managed or implemented, when the caregiver is emotionally under optimal conditions, are able to promote patient self-esteem, improving coping, self-reliance and positivism, ensuring effective treatment and participating in the resolution and termination of the disease, leading to his patient's emblem which can be a survivor of this disease that affects so many people in our world. Concern for comprehensive care interdisciplinary team of health to cancer patients both functional-physical treatments; such as emotional. The patient and family require painstaking care is why it is necessary to work together on comprehensive care. For this reason, a descriptive study was conducted in the period from May to August 2016, the National Cancer Institute. In order to assess the emotional and social state of health caregivers of cancer patients, taking into account their physical and emotional needs that affect their daily lives. Psychological disorders, which have caregivers of cancer patients, the deficiencies identified in the communication and relationship between patient and caregiver were identified. The alterations that cause feelings of helplessness and emotional pain, not possible to solve problems by caregivers and feelings of incapacity, which does not maintain the balance between caregiver relationship, family and interdisciplinary team.

One of the economic sectors of greater growth in our country is the Call Center, where thousands of people work to answer calls of millions of users of large and small companies. This phenomenon has increased in our country thanks to the geographic position of Colombia and to the neutral Spanish that we use, these two characteristics being the increased interest from large companies that put the trust their customer in different Call Center in this moment. But the Call Center not only represent an economic growth, also It has made it possible reveal important health problems as work disorders musculoskeletal or hearing problems as the Hipoacusia Neurosensorial, the latter being the focus of this research covering a specific population of operation of a company dedicated to the activity of Call Center in the city of Bogota to capture information related to personal background , ear background, recreational and background extra-auditivos effects that allowed to find that 11% of the women and men surveyed suffered loss of Audicion. Likewise provides work brings initiatives organizational impact as the adjustments to the procedures of selection and recruitment of the organization under review where the occupational entrance exams are included and apply to all the agents entering the company.

ing: In Colombia, it is estimated that in 2013 about 120,000 tons of WEEE and batteries were produced (Casas, 2018). According to studies carried out between 2005 and 2009, the types of waste that are most commonly found in WEEE are household appliances and consumer appliances with 39% and televisions with 14% (Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development, 2015) with these data there has been evidence of an indiscriminate increase in waste and mismanagement of the same that every time turn the streets of cities into dumps of electrical and electronic waste that will have a greater impact on the environment and the Human health. This research project was proposed in order to be able to evaluate the current situation of WEEE management in the town of Ciudad Bolívar, a town that is part of the intervention area of the southern Subnet of Bogotá, starting in the neighborhoods surrounding the Doña Juana landfill also seeking to determine the participation of the main actors, habits and customs and how through environmental education to find the hidden value of electrical and electronic waste that, although they are increasing, can be an economic and solution alleviating the impacts suffered by the environment due to inadequate comprehensive management.

El sector industrial en la cual se encuentra Gricol S.A en Bogotá, está dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización de grifería, buscando soluciones integrales para el manejo de agua, es así como nace la necesidad de integrar componentes ambientales para minimizar los impactos generados por las actividades antrópicas que se realizan a diario en la organización que de una u otra manera en determinado momento ponen en peligro los trabajadores. Es así como uno de aquellos impactos es el mal manejo de los residuos peligrosos generados por la fabricación de la grifería metálica y plástica de Gricol S.A. El presente proyecto plantea el diseño de un Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Peligrosos, el cual se basa en los lineamientos establecidos en el Titulo 6 del Decreto 1076 de 2015 . La investigación que se realiza en el proyecto se enfoca en los temas relacionados con prevención y minimización, manejo interno ambientalmente seguro, manejo externo ambientalmente seguro y ejecución seguimiento y evaluación del Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Peligrosos. Por ello el Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Peligrosos identifica y evalúa todas las fuentes que contaminan y afectan al medio ambiente, la salud y la seguridad de los trabajadores, para eso se plantea realizar objetivos que permitan minimizar y corregir los riesgos a la salud humana y medio ambiente. El PGIRESPEL actual da a conocer de una manera clara la deficiencia de la generación, almacenamiento, transporte, tratamiento y disposición final, gestión que como resultado de su investigación recopila información secundaria para documentar y plantear el diseño de la implementación en los procesos de Gricol S.A bajo los lineamientos dela legislación ambiental aplicable.

Colombian agriculture is characterized by subsistence farming with low production capacity, which employs a large proportion of the rural population, either laborer or temporary, performs activities and tasks in many workplaces, the specific circumstances of agricultural labor It involves exposure to various risks, including related: hazardous chemicals: pesticides, fertilizers; ; Some plants, flowers, dust, animal waste: toxic agents carcinogenic substances: pesticides and herbicides; Animal Diseases: brucellosis, bovine tuberculosis, tularemia, rabies; Ergonomic hazards: inappropriate use of equipment and tools, prolonged static postures, carrying heavy loads, repetitive work excessively long hours; contact with wild or poisonous animals; agricultural machinery such as tractors, trucks and lawn mowers, as well as cutting and piercing tools. According to ILO estimates, the world's workers suffer 250 million accidents every year. Out of a total of 335,000 fatal accidents, about 170,000 occur in the agricultural sector. Therefore, the contribution of occupational health in the agricultural sector is vital for the identification, characterization of occupational risks and the preventive approach and control practices in health, safety and occupational health. In addition, it will contribute to the construction and improvement of the quality of life of the rural population of our country. Our proposal seeks to determine the risks associated with the various tasks and activities carried out in the Triunfo farming farm located in the municipality of Sibaté to establish an intervention program that better health conditions and safety of farmers.
