The main benefit would be for the company under study, taking into account the findings and improvements can be applied to other sales channels, further improving the service by reducing customer dissatisfaction and merchandise. The approach of the proposal is exposed through a distribution plan, training staff, programs process flow and an alternative as definition of indicators to improving the logistics’ process in the company. For the structure of the proposed, it was analyzed under information supplied directly by the company and as secondary sources academic support methodologies and tools that can contribute positively to respond to the issues raised when they were performed.
