Análisis del ciclo de vida de la planta térmica didáctica de la universidad ECCI en las etapas de operación y mantenimiento

The need to maintain continuous and efficient production at all times, has developed a new perspective of the conservation and use of equipment in industrial enterprises; and this is how were implemented increasingly Maintenance concepts. Colombian University School of Industrial racing is a family business dedicated to providing educational services. As part of teaching methodologies - learning a didactic thermal plant that supports the theoretical activities of students and their level of use as a Maintenance Plan to ensure the maintenance and operation of equipment extending its life proposed handled. To reach the Maintenance Plan is proposed, were dispensed various stages in the process: data collection, data analysis, proposed solution containing: weekly maintenance, monthly maintenance and detailed semi-annual maintenance for each activity and related costs as well as personnel involved. Finally give some additional recommendations to achieve total thermal efficiency of teaching plant.

This paper explores the consultancy carried out through an audit in the management and maintenance of the company INNOVAPOR S.A.S, by means of the model applied in Eglobalt Technology S.A.S. using the University of Talca which lies in the quantitative assessment of the current status of maintenance This audit is intended to carry out an assessment and to publicize solutions by means of plans of action to the novelties found, also close gaps in procedures, times, spare parts, labor, etc., giving the company more opportunity for growth and profitability in the short term. The proposal to measure the within this audit were resolved different matrixes that are focused on the identification of the company, the criticality of routes of inspection, information management on computers, status of current maintenance history of maintenance costs and effectiveness of current maintenance. With these parameters evaluated were can generate graphs diagnostics that we indicate in what state is the maintenance of the company. Maintenance management through the consultancy seeks to optimize the practices of the service and the attention to the equipment installed in the company. Subsequently to be with these results can be reached to give action plans in each of the items evaluated showing their costs and impacts for staff both administrative and operational.

En la actualidad el cuidado de los recursos naturales se ha vuelto un tema de vital importancia en la producción industrial, es por esto que se debe propender por crear en los empresarios del país y del mundo un hábito por la conservación del planeta, esta conciencia podría reducir los índices de polución, las emisiones de gases tóxicos, el desperdicio de los recursos no renovables, y a largo plazo el mejoramiento en la productividad, la reducción en los gastos energéticos y la materia prima. Bajo esta iniciativa es un deber de los tecnólogos y profesionales en la conservación ambiental incentivar mecanismos y teorías que conlleven a dichos propósitos, es así que a través de este trabajo de grado se busca implementar el sistema de las 5 S´ en una empresa interesada en su productividad y bienestar sin dejar de lado la conciencia ambiental.

This paper discloses the basic principles of design, design and structure of a preventive maintenance program for injection molding machines in a company producing plastics, presents programs and maintenance plans included from the basic rules of how to make a inspection of a machine, until the installation and execution of maintenance.
