Analysis and proposal on TM information available for foreigners in Bogotá

The present project contains the analysis of the information published into the stations about the mass transport system in Bogota named Transmilenio, in order to identify an option which make easy for foreign visitors move in the city through it, and to propose an English informative media about how TM works. The importance of information in this second language, due to the continuous growth of international arrivals to El Dorado, which has as a consequence many foreign tourists who do not speak Spanish and are interested in know the local culture and representatives places. Getting into the subject, the principal subjects which support this research are: in first instance communication and signs, because is quite important to hand over a trusted source through an assertive message, using in the right way the signals; as the second one is the tourism, to identify the update situation of this field in the city; it is followed by strategies taken by Colombian government based on C.E.F. (Common European Framework), all of them focused in improve the level of English in Colombian people; and as the last are the precedents about how handle the information in different transport system around the world. Then, with the intention of obtain an info’s source in field, it was taken the qualitative research with descriptive method and it were used two analytic instruments: the survey, that helped to recognize which was the appropriate information about TM for tourists and their opinion about the system; the second was the observation to recognize the published into the stations and to categorize the recollected data.

Implementación de un sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo SG-SST para el centro de soporte del Sistema Único de Información SUI de la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios - SSPD

The present work aims to implement the Management System of Occupational Safety and Health for the Single System Support Center SUI information from the Superintendency of Home Public Services - SSPD on which seeks to improve the well-being and work environment of its workers through mechanisms of evaluation, control and intervention of the risks that may affect the health and safety of agents linked to the SUI Support Center. The initial diagnosis informs us of the working conditions of the agents of the SUI Support Center, which is a Specialized SUI Service and Support Center which is available to answer any questions related to the options of user administration in relation to home public services, the which is located in the Central Office of the SSPD in Bogotá. At first glance, various deficiencies that can affect health and security of each of the agents, such as a bad location of the positions of work, bad postures assumed by agents, poor lighting, levels of pressure that causes stress, high temperatures because it is a closed room and with little ventilation additionally the work equipment is not suitable for every agent. The study is quantitative and descriptive since a data collection is made at through a checklist form, taking into account the activities and requirements established in articles 10 and 11 of Resolution 1016 of 1989, also A matrix of hazards is carried out, in which the risks and analysis of the vulnerability, for which it was necessary to rely on the GUIDE FOR IDENTIFICATION OF HAZARDS AND ASSESSMENT OF RISKS IN SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH - GTC 45 and in the Positive ARL. After this initial diagnosis, a Management System for Safety and Health at Work, in which an action and improvement plan was established continues on the identified activities that required it, giving compliance with the criteria of Law 1562 of 2012 and OHSAS 18001: 2007.

Las pasantías en el Hospital Militar Central, me permitieron asistir a varios funcionarios técnicos, encargados del mantenimiento de equipos biomédicos en diferentes áreas del hospital como; hospitalización, urgencias, salas de cirugía, consulta externa, entre otros. En ese tiempo se observó, que el sistema de inventario e identificación de equipos, carecía de eficiencia y practicidad. Si bien el hospital posee una base de datos digital, su principal forma de almacenamiento y manejo de los formatos de hojas de vida de los equipos biomédicos, se hace de forma análoga ya que, aunque es un sistema funcional, no es muy práctico y consume más tiempo del necesario. Una manera de optimizar este sistema, es mediante la creación de una aplicación, que permita un acceso más rápido a la información del equipo y reduzca la cantidad de errores humanos, que se puedan presentar en este proceso. Dicha aplicación puede ser fácilmente implementada y utilizada en la red cerrada del hospital, permitiendo a los técnicos de mantenimiento, no solo acceder a la información del equipo, sino también editarla desde cualquier parte del hospital ahorrando el tiempo de la movilización y el diligenciamiento.

The problem of planning and production control is one of the most complex problems that exist in an organization and this should develop methodologies to achieve these objectives. This article will discuss the nature of planning and control of production from the point of view of their evolution and application of the organization; analyze the use and implementation of the fundamental principles of control systems and production planning. To achieve a stronger finished product with volumes set according to business need is necessary to develop and / or expand optimal strategies and procedures for implementing the entire production line of the company in order to control the demands of the market with minimum costs execution. This project seeks to make a proposal to reduce production time, operating costs and optimal amounts set for not filing on stock, since it is not desirable to maintain high inventory level
