It was based on the current regulations of the minister of work and social protection which regulates the works at heights in terms of risk mitigation, the employer and workers’ duties, the certification process in terms of labor skills and its strict compliance. The phases of the methodology allowed making theoretical-practical recognition of the protection program against falls at work, their control and mitigation measures. For this purpose a survey was made where the program achievements, the knowledge and the application of the operational staff in the procedures establish by the company stand out. When tabulating the results of the survey we can conclude and recommend improvement actions within the program, as the emergency plan and the secure practices allows continuous improvement and mitigate accidents or incidents which workers are exposed to. Public risk is considered as all the risks to which we are committed in public spaces which can threaten people's lives. For the development of this investigation, the accident statistics due to these risk factors were successful in the account, and 40 employees were evaluated, whose specific inclusion criteria were linked to the company for more than one year and performed in the positions of consultants or environmental professionals. For this reason, in the following project, we want to propose a Program of Order and Cleanliness, and assessment of dangers associated with occupational accidents that serve as a guide and strict compliance for the workers who provide their services or work in the organization. This is because the research of this work was based only on an observatory method with a qualitative approachwhere the analysis of the post or each of the areas was carried out evaluate to finish with the analysis and evaluation of the risk identifying the highest and giving therefore action plans ranging from the improvement of productivity to the improvement of the economic profitability of the organisation. Although it is true that if the program of the 5 S is implemented in a disciplinary and adequate way the organization at the end of each one will carry out and revise its indicators of the SG-SST and in it will be able to evidence the reduction of accidents or occupational diseases.
