This work presents the labor conditions to which the workers of the company PRODUCTOS BOXEADOR DE COLOMBIA S.A.S are exposed in the production area in their activity of transforming natural and synthetic rubber into primary products for various economic activities. Although it is true that Colombia is not a potential producer country of rubber or raw materials for the production of rubber-based elements, in fact it imports raw materials for the production of its products; The companies that still carry out this economic activity present precarious working conditions due to the inadequate handling of chemical substances as well as the use of obsolete machinery and equipment that generate an impact on the health of workers and the environment. The various cataloged physical, chemical and biological risks identified there are analyzed and prioritized by means of a risk matrix under the ARIANNA methodology, through which it is possible to generate recommendations of a structural, procedural and ergonomic type to improve the identified poor occupational conditions. in the present diagnosis. Once the dangers have been identified and the risks have been assessed, it can be established that the company has various weaknesses in terms of occupational conditions, given that the jobs are not equipped in such a way that they provide the employee with the comfort necessary to carry out their activities in a 12-hour shift, in addition to this, the PRODUCTION BOXER production plant presents a serious problem regarding the emission of particulate material, for which it does not offer adequate protection measures to plant personnel; Other important factors identified through the diagnosis are directed to the lack of ventilation, lighting, excessive noise, significant temperatures, work overload, hyperextension, among others. Finally, the document establishes several recommendations, some of a structural nature and others aimed at establishing procedures and protocols that support the organization's occupational management for each of the identified shortcomings, with which it is possible to make the respective adjustments to make the production plant a safe place for staff.

Diseño de una metodología para la creación de una empresa de asistencia técnica agropecuaria caso municipio de Cabrera - Cundinamarca

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar una metodología para la creación de empresas de asistencia técnica agropecuaria en el municipio de CABRERA Cundinamarca. En los sectores rurales pobres existe una baja productividad agrícola, que tiene sus causas en el terreno, deficientes prácticas agrícolas, limitados servicios de financiamiento, ausencia de asistencia técnica, niveles de escolaridad insuficientes, falta de una estructura asociativa sólida; lo que influye en que no exista una gestión administrativa que genere escalas de economía sostenibles, que modifiquen las condiciones de vida. Tomando en consideración que la metodología a desarrollar tiene como intención formar parte de un plan regional para la prestación de servicios de asistencia técnica agropecuaria y en el que se puede validar en el municipio de CABRERA Cundinamarca la cual cubre un área disponle para la producción agropecuaria de 2744 hectáreas; este importante factor de producción, da como resultado a las condiciones previas para iniciar un proyecto productivo estructurado en una metodología que origine la conformación de una empresa de asistencia técnica agropecuaria para apalancar una rentabilidad suficiente que cubra los créditos, y a la vez mejore los ingresos de los campesinos de la región.
