Publicación Acceso abierto Estrategias para la prevención de riesgos psicosociales en clínica Erasmo LTDA(2020) Orozco Vidal, Mercy Beatriz; Muñoz Montenegro, Hasbleidy; Yepes Calderón Gonzalo EduardoThe objective of this research work is to study Psychosocial Risk Factors applied to employees of CLINICA ERASMO LTDA in order to determine those risks and design an Epidemiological Surveillance System that allows the creation of strategie aimed at the prevention of Psychosocial Risks, considering the Resolution 2646 of the Ministry of Social Protection, wich establishes provisions and defines responsibilities for the identification, evaluation, prevention, intervention and permanent monitoring of exposure to psychos risk factors at work and thus, for the determination of the origin of pathologies caused by work stress (2008). Based on this Resolution, currently psychosocial risk management actions are framed in Colombian companies and in addition, the Ministry of Social Protection has made significant efforts in order to promote that those processes are structured. This research is qualitative with a descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional method, that includes intra-labor, extra-labor or external aspects of the organization and the individual conditions or employee intrinsic characteristics. It was applied the instrument for Psychosocial Risk Factors evaluation in order to intervene and reduce them, because those risks can lead some type of disease in the population. This psychosocial risk measurement report describes the application process of the used instrument and the results obtained. Likewise, we have recognized and identified organizational climate aspects that enable us to implement an epidemiological surveillance program from the psychosocial perspective for wich, we propose the intervention strategy according to the general analysis collected at CLINICA ERASMO LTDA. This research contribution are important for the employees improvement and well-being at workplace and the labor enviroment imporvement. The results will allow company executives to take actions to promote productivity. Al lof the above, reforces the importance of focusing comprehensive care on occupational health and monitoring psychosocial factors and risks.
