In order to develop this study we will research information from different sources and authors, we will also apply different investigation tools like surveys and interviews. Una herramienta imprescindible en este nivel de estudio fue el uso de la encuesta para identificar el grado de satisfacción del cliente interno, lo que permitió conocer el nivel actual en el que se encuentra la empresa en cuanto a fortalezas y debilidades en el ámbito laboral.
