dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo presenta el desarrollo de un sistema de adquisición de datos para un banco de pruebas de motores PT6 de la Fuerza Aeroespacial, indicando la naturaleza de las señales a adquirir y los diferentes elementos que se escogieron para llevar a cabo el proyecto. Se detallan las operaciones tanto en hardware como en software, utilizando software de National Instruments, Unitronics y Ecom, y la interacción entre ellos a través del protocolo de comunicación Modbus TCP/IP, para la visualización y gestión en LabVIEW con una posterior conexión a un sistema SCADA encargado de monitorear y registrar los datos durante los periodos de prueba. Las pruebas del sistema se realizaron en los laboratorios de la Fuerza Aeroespacial en Madrid, Cundinamarca y en las instalaciones de la universidad ECCI de la ciudad de Bogotá D.C., logrando una adquisición con porcentajes de error cercanos o inferiores al 5% para las señales de temperatura, flujo, presión y torque, en pruebas de laboratorio y pruebas funcionales, a la espera de realizar nuevas recolecciones de datos para ajustar los modelos, con el favor de la Fuerza Aeroespacial. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | This thesis presents the assembly of a data acquisition system for a test bench for PT6 engines from the Aerospace Force, indicating the nature of the signals to be acquired and the different elements that were chosen to carry out the project, giving details of its operation both in hardware and software, the latter using National Instruments, Unitronics and Ecom's software, as well as the interaction between them through Modbus TCP/IP communication protocol, for visualization and management in LabVIEW for a later connection with a SCADA system that is responsible for monitoring and recording the data during the test periods. The system tests were carried out in the Aerospace Force laboratories in Madrid, Cundinamarca and the ECCI university facilities in the city of Bogotá D.C., resulting in an acquisition with error percentages close to or less than 5% for temperature, flow, pressure and torque signals, in laboratory tests and functional tests, pending new data collection to adjust the models, with the favor of the Aerospace Force. | eng |
