This research report presents an exploration and description of the business games Anno and Carnival tycoon, in which, there is an analysis of the presence of the administration areas such as Human Resources, Marketing, Management and Finance in each game, taking into account the qualitative paradigm that was carried out through the "coding frames" instrument.

Diseño e implementación de un prototipo para sistemas de información en museos mediante la utilización de tecnologías web 3.0 en ciudades inteligentes

Se presenta el prototipo preliminar de un sistema de información para museos enfocado a las ciudades inteligentes haciendo uso tecnologías web 3.0 las cuales permiten una amplia interactividad entre usuario-sistema así mismo por medio de estas complementar las demás funcionalidades del sistema. Este se divide en 6 módulos de administración que cumplen con los requisitos de los administrativos para abastecer de información al sistema. Al igual provee al usuario de funcionalidades que le facilitaran su uso y estadía en el sistema tales como funcionalidades de síntesis de voz, búsquedas por medio de código QR, calificación de los artículos, etc. El proyecto toma parte de la iniciativa de que el sistema SIMCO priorice también su funcionalidad y orientación a los usuarios, para que estos tengan disponibilidad y acceso a los datos que este complejo sistema provee y de esta manera seguir brindando la funcionalidad hacia los administrativos.

This work aims at identifying the perception of modern languages students with emphasis on administration and students of other areas about the management simulators which are Zoo Tycoon and Papa’s Freezeria. This is done In order to contribute to a macro project at ECCI University which is the creation of a management simulator. To develop our research, a qualitative analysis was applied to five participants. The information was collected through matrixes and also via bibliographic research nationally and internationally to guide and contrast concepts. At the end of the investigation, the results were positive and negative because perceptions vary according to the simulators and the four management areas of the company.

Propuesta de mejoramiento proceso administrativo de venta tiempo compartido Zuana Beach Resort

For the development of this monograph, a series of processes and research were taken into account, which will be recorded in the documentation of the entire body of work. In chapters 1 and 2, he mentions the topic that was addressed in the proposal and, in turn, the problem that is being observed in the organization Zuana Beach resort that due to the lack of improvement in one of its sales threads decreases its profits. In Chapter 3, you will find the objectives that must be met for the normal development of the monograph and thus obtain the expected results with the planning proposal for process improvement. In Chapter 4, the reason why this topic was developed is justified, citing the shortcomings that are being committed at this time in the organization, the consequences that this can bring for not capturing customers in a more agile and quick way, guaranteeing so selling the product In chapter 5 and 6, it refers to the theoretical framework where the documentation of the topic that was worked on in the monograph is supported, other monographs are also taken as references where they analyzed problems similar to the one raised in the monograph which allows to be guides for the development of the monograph and finally the type of research that was handled for its development is classified. In Chapter 7, the description of the methodological development is found where the much more detailed problem is referred to, as well as the actions that are planned to be carried out to fulfill the general objective of the monograph. In Chapters 8 and 9, you will find the sources of the information that were used for the development of the monograph, as well as the cost that was used to create the proposal for the Zuana Beach Resort. In Chapter 10, it refers to the benefit that those who would participate at the time the monograph was carried out, as well as the benefit to the organization. Finally, Chapter 11 contains the conclusions that were determined with the preparation of the monograph. Chapters 12 and 13 include all the sources that were used as a reference guide to carry out the monograph “Proposal for the improvement of the administrative sales process. Zuana Beach Resort timeshare ”.

This research study had as main objectives to identify participants’ perceptions about the four (4) areas of administration in the Tycoon Anno and at the same time to establish its strengths and weaknesses. In order to obtain such information, a qualitative-descriptive case study was carried out through coding frames and a survey applied to five (5) participants. Thanks to the research valuable results were found which aim at the existence of three (3) areas of administration and one (1) of these is not made evident. On the other hand relevant strengths and weaknesses were found, for those reasons it contributes to do recommendations at the end of the document.
