With the participation of employees, information on their health status related to muscle-tendon injuries will be provided through the Nordic survey and Rula, as well as in interviews at their jobs where their movements, body postures in relation to work they do. with results that support the affectation in the health of some of the workers by repetitive movements, inadequate postures. Currently it has 37 permanent employees who are located in an office at the north of the city. In this company was necessary to do a study about the factors of ergonomic hazards in the workplace as a result of observations of unsanitary postures and discomfort of the employees. For the development of the project was required not only to visit different workstations to observe the employees’ postures but also to qualify the furniture used by them. Then, through a survey was possible to know the opinion of each employee about aspects or working conditions that may represent any risk in safety and health. Likewise, it was necessary the recommendations of an ergonomist specialist. Finally, in this study was applied the REBA method to analyze the static and dynamic load on each employee. In conclusion, the workers of the company Yokogawa Colombia SAS (YSACO) had poor ergonomic conditions, which allowed the implementation of postural corrections tools.
