Yokogawa Colombia SAS (YSACO) enterprise is located in Bogotá and its main activity is the wholesale of NCP’s machinery and equipment. Currently it has 37 permanent employees who are located in an office at the north of the city. In this company was necessary to do a study about the factors of ergonomic hazards in the workplace as a result of observations of unsanitary postures and discomfort of the employees. For the development of the project was required not only to visit different workstations to observe the employees’ postures but also to qualify the furniture used by them. Then, through a survey was possible to know the opinion of each employee about aspects or working conditions that may represent any risk in safety and health. Likewise, it was necessary the recommendations of an ergonomist specialist. Finally, in this study was applied the REBA method to analyze the static and dynamic load on each employee. In conclusion, the workers of the company Yokogawa Colombia SAS (YSACO) had poor ergonomic conditions, which allowed the implementation of postural corrections tools. However, it is necessary continue monitoring and training in order to accustom the Yokogawa employees into correct hygienic positions.
