El articulo propuesto muestra el proceso en la reconstrucción de la marca PALOS DE MOGUER, y las decisiones que se deben tomar sobre cada una las estrategias de branding a implementar. Según Philip opina que el “Branding es un ejercicio de comunicación para definir lo que es una marca, pues cada marca quiere estar en la mente de los consumidores, sin embargo no hay que confundir branding con marketing pues este no representa todas las tareas de mercadotecnia que una marca realiza” (Kotler, 2010) Actualmente para medir el valor y posicionamiento de esta marca se debe tener en cuenta el mercado local ya que es una fuente importante de información y reconocimiento para esta marca, sin dejar de lado la tendencia hacia la globalización y la dura competencia que han forzado a renovarse. This project was established under the GTC 45, a guide for hazard identification and risk assessment in health and safety at work. The guided allowed a total control of all the activities, changes, monitoring and controls that were performed in the study establishments; It was also used the Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (OSH-MS) The risk assessment is the base for proactive management, led by senior management as part of integrated risk management, with the participation and commitment of all levels of the organization and others involved. Regardless of the complexity of the risk assessment, it should be a systematic process to ensure compliance with its purpose. All employees should identify and communicate to their employer the hazards associated with their work. Employers have the legal duty to assess the risks associated with these work activities. The process of risk assessment described must be used in situations where hazards may affect the safety or health and there is no certainty that the existing or planned controls are adequate, it should be applied by organizations seeking continuous improvement for the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, in compliance with legal requirements, and prior to implementing changes in processes and facilities situations. Identify the hazards associated to the activities in the workplace and assess the associated risks of this hazard to determine the control measures that should be taken to establish and maintain the safety and health of the employees and other interested parties. Make decisions regarding the selection of machinery, materials, tools, methods, procedures, equipment and work organization based on the information gathered in the assessment of risks; check whether the existing control measures in the workplace are effective in reducing risks; prioritize the implementation of improvement actions resulting from the process of risk assessment and demonstrate to the interested parties that has been identified all the hazards associated with the work and has been given the criteria for the implementation of control measures necessary to protect safety and health of workers. For the development of this project, it will be carried out in four stages: exploratory, diagnostic, design and evaluation. In the exploratory stage, the collection of information related to the standards of the occupational health and safety system will be carried out by Metalcrom. In the diagnostic stage an evaluation of critical factors will be carried out, giving priority according to the process that the company carries Design stage will develop the application of the SG-SST taking into account all the required documentation according to each of the standards. Evaluation stage will validate the documentation by the company and will deliver the entire schedule of activities to follow to execute the system of management of safety and health at work of the company. The intervention is aimed at all areas of the Metalcrom and 9 contemplates the design of the OSHMS based on the investigations, applicable and complementary standards. According to Law 1503 of 2011 and Resolution 1565 of 2014 any institution, company or organization legally constituted public or private sector, to fulfill its mission or to develop their activities possesses, manufactures, assembles, sells, hires, or administer fleets of motor vehicles or motor not exceeding ten units, or hire staff or manage drivers, they must design the Strategic Road Safety Plan. For PESV design company, it was necessary to identify road risks factors, an interview with each of the drivers in order to analyze the risks that they identify in their daily work. Dentro de esta organización las personas se encuentran expuestas a riesgos y peligros que pueden causar accidentes, generar lesiones permanentes, enfermedades ocupaciones e incluso la muerte de los trabajadores, En el presente trabajo se planteó como objetivo diseñar para ella, un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo basado en la norma ISO 45001:2018, donde se vele por la prevención y control de los riesgos y mejoramiento de las condiciones de seguridad y salud de los trabajadores. Currently it has 37 permanent employees who are located in an office at the north of the city. In this company was necessary to do a study about the factors of ergonomic hazards in the workplace as a result of observations of unsanitary postures and discomfort of the employees. For the development of the project was required not only to visit different workstations to observe the employees’ postures but also to qualify the furniture used by them. Then, through a survey was possible to know the opinion of each employee about aspects or working conditions that may represent any risk in safety and health. Likewise, it was necessary the recommendations of an ergonomist specialist. Finally, in this study was applied the REBA method to analyze the static and dynamic load on each employee. In conclusion, the workers of the company Yokogawa Colombia SAS (YSACO) had poor ergonomic conditions, which allowed the implementation of postural corrections tools. However, it is necessary continue monitoring and training in order to accustom the Yokogawa employees into correct hygienic positions.
