The project to be carried out is the design of the occupational health and safety system, based on the provisions of the Single Regulatory Decree 1072 of 2015 chapter 6, with the objective that all organizations and economic entities implement said system and comply with the requirements minimum requirements in Occupational Health and Safety and prevent accidents at work or occupational diseases. For the development of this project, it will be carried out in four stages: exploratory, diagnostic, design and evaluation. In the exploratory stage, the collection of information related to the standards of the occupational health and safety system will be carried out by Metalcrom. In the diagnostic stage an evaluation of critical factors will be carried out, giving priority according to the process that the company carries Design stage will develop the application of the SG-SST taking into account all the required documentation according to each of the standards. Evaluation stage will validate the documentation by the company and will deliver the entire schedule of activities to follow to execute the system of management of safety and health at work of the company. The intervention is aimed at all areas of the Metalcrom and 9 contemplates the design of the OSHMS based on the investigations, applicable and complementary standards. With the implementation of the management system, the company will have a greater opportunity for competitiveness in the Electroplating and Electroplating Coatings sector, generating added value to the organization's processes and products and primarily promoting health and safety standards in its collaborators.
