PTO (power take off) refers to the coupling system of the tractor to any instrument designed for connection such as threshers, weed cutters, forage, harvesters, mowers, balers and etc. This type of connection has presented problems on tractors M9540 of Kubota because customers of this reference have claimed by calling the call center at the headquarters of Chia-Cundinamarca in Colombia that the PTO has flaws such as it does not stop the implements that are coupled to the rear of the tractor that is connected to the PTO. Unusual noise at the time of engaging the clutches PTO at the time of the oil change when rotating. PTO shaft made a terrible noise and possible damages to operators, animal and harvest that are near the tractor due to the malfunction of the brake of the PTO. That is why an investigation on possible damage affected by the PTO system, to improve the productivity of Kubota’s tractors owners´ of the M9540 Kubota model and for the Representatives of the Brand in Colombia. Moto Mart SA, for this reason, we chose to perform an analysis based on the data acquired by the call center at Moto Mart SA Chia Cundinamarca headquarters to find possible solutions to resolve the problem.

In this research project an analysis to maintenance management is developed in a company in the metalworking sector. In the same one based on excellence matrix to observe maintenance assessment is established. And analyze what kind of maintenance is currently the company and according to data obtained are focused perceive whether or not the vision of the organization. As a strategy for improvement according to the detected findings suggest new TPM -based tools and RCM2 to help improve their management indicators not only maintenance area but other areas that make up the company. Based on the above, this research will contribute a strengthening in improving the measurement and control tools to focus on those weaknesses detected in actions to improve both the maintenance department and other areas involved.

This project is focused directly on the machine managing bagger Razin, developing a preventive maintenance program to improve the performance of this machine and extend its life. A number of maintenance activities with which it is intended to implement the maintenance program in its entirety is proposed, schedules of these activities were raised, maintenance processes were analyzed and selected the most suitable to achieve its implementation, a detailed study was conducted this machine to understand its functioning and components, thus achieving identify and implement maintenance tasks necessary to ensure that the machine to operate correctly and safely. According to the information collected and an analysis of the reality of the maintenance performed on the machine embolzadora Razim; Recommendations are made for appropriate management of equipment maintenance and infrastructure are there in the company, The result of proper and adequate implementation of a preventive maintenance system, based on terms of quality, safety, environmental conservation is reflected in the lower cost of maintenance.

Taking into account that security is one of the primary factors in the companies currently, it decided focus the efforts on improving and train staff of the oil company, to have a clear focus on the importance of a good lock to equipment that can generate some risk when them are activated unexpectedly, in that way the staff will be trained to know the different devices and their respective use, with the goal to performs a lock that will be effective and not to allow that the computer will be manipulated without the consent of the technician who assure it. It has as starting point that the company not have locking systems and technicians perform the operation without realize any blocking and / or signaling, with this reference we start to working for deliver the information as complete as possible, without neglecting the regulations that governing this type of activities. The budget is delivered to the company is based on the latest equipment, which are suitable for realizes the different activities.

This project is based on making a proposal of preventive maintenance for a double wet screw compressor, which is located on the premises of the company cars Mega headquarters service center, second floor savannah. This compressor neuralgic supplies compressed air to the use of pneumatic tools, which are used to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, sheet and painting based vehicles of Ford, Chevrolet, Renault, Volkswagen brands. Currently this compressor blade no proper preventive maintenance, or predictive, the team will fail every period of about eight months, the failure is not the same as previous picture this creates a difficult diagnosis to predict and parties concerned generated more serious damage to the unit because there is no maintenance to ensure perfect operation. The objective to be achieved with this proposed preventive maintenance is to take a stricter maintenance for the equipment to reach failure and achieve proper route to reduce errors and ensure the reliability and dependability of the affected computer control. Obtaining an improved quality time and work in customer vehicles and protecting the pneumatic machines that work with this compressed air generated by the air compressor.

The project has been proposed with the aim of producing a document that serves as a tool for technical consultation on various aspects related to the decline in failures in the management of welding equipment through a proposal for a training program in the document can be seen from the classification of the various electrical machines, description, components and parts of welding equipment, up the steps to the technical staff have the information needed to minimize errors that occur in these teams. In many cases the documentation of this area is broken up and scattered in different publications not always related to the field of metallurgy, such as carrying handling, manufacturing, etc. and which in turn reflected in a chapter valuable information to our field of study, or is contained in manual welding very focused the operator and his own execution. All this makes technical, operators or engineers who want to ask something having to resort to different books to get an answer to your questions or to get an idea of the subject matter described.
