In this research project a proposal for a maintenance plan for product testing module hammer develops, with the aim of improving the quality and productivity of the manufacturing process of hoses for water used in the different health systems. In the same functional subsets based on the sections of the equipment, principles of operation and fault history is set to establish opportunities for improvement for the maintenance of the asset. Based on the above, this research will contribute in best maintenance practices and operations in the asset, because currently there is no maintenance plan for this test module.
