These solutions are oriented to the construction industry, mining, energy and oil sector. Among the main products manufactured are the centers of electric power, pressurized electrical panels for explosive environments, boards for general distribution, transfer boards, control centers of motors, boards sync, cabinets meters, capacitor banks, including others. For the manufacture of different types of products are available a large production plant composed mainly for metalworking area and other assembly and assembly of equipment. In the area of metalworking are very important equipment such as CNC punching, CNC bending, MIG welding equipment and automated paint line. During this project it was evident that in Industrias Ectricol are incurred large maintenance costs due to waste presented. Therefore an analysis of the waste for maintenance in order to establish the economic impact of the most important was made, and propose action plans to mitigate or eliminate activities that are generating waste analyzed. To achieve these goals, gathering information and then analyze was performed using methodologies such as criticality analysis and segmentation waste, facilitating raise proposed solutions and the development of financial analysis. In conclusion, it was evident according to the data found in the analysis of waste in the company Ectricol SAS, which waste most generates costs and delays in the production processes of the company are dead or stops times and waits in transit repairs and spare parts.Publicación Acceso abierto Desarrollo de consultoría para medir la gestión de mantenimiento en Innovapor S.A.S.(2016) Guzmán Laverde, Jorge Vicente; Rojas Gazabon, Andrés Ricardo; Pinto Joya, Sandra MilenaThis paper explores the consultancy carried out through an audit in the management and maintenance of the company INNOVAPOR S.A.S, by means of the model applied in Eglobalt Technology S.A.S. using the University of Talca which lies in the quantitative assessment of the current status of maintenance This audit is intended to carry out an assessment and to publicize solutions by means of plans of action to the novelties found, also close gaps in procedures, times, spare parts, labor, etc., giving the company more opportunity for growth and profitability in the short term. The proposal to measure the within this audit were resolved different matrixes that are focused on the identification of the company, the criticality of routes of inspection, information management on computers, status of current maintenance history of maintenance costs and effectiveness of current maintenance. With these parameters evaluated were can generate graphs diagnostics that we indicate in what state is the maintenance of the company. Maintenance management through the consultancy seeks to optimize the practices of the service and the attention to the equipment installed in the company. The project begins with a detailed presentation of the study of the problems of ATBF, reviewing the business environment to be able to design a plan of solutions to these problems in order to improve the operation, quality of service and road safety. The Project is focused in the study of assets Management, for thus to carry to out them plans of maintenance preventive and predictive in the company, to be able to determine the variable that affected directly the operation of the vehicles was necessary an analysis of fault at set times to establish what were the most common failures that were presented and in this way to act towards mitigation of them. Initially the sample of 10 vehicles of different lines SUBARU who entered the dealership is taken, these were performed taking time during their stay at the dealership throughout the procedure keeping 15,000 kilometers, which it was possible to make an analysis operations that generate bottleneck workshop. Upon completion of data analysis, a proposal in which the necessary actions are recommended to ensure an improvement in the response time of maintenance by mileage of SUBARU vehicles at the dealership, which specifies that assets and human talent arises are necessary to meet this objective, this proposal will include a financial analysis which can be identified with few maintenance services investment return achieved by the dealer.
