This monograph contains the procedure for evaluating and improving maintenance service for mileage on vehicles brand SUBARU in a dealership PRACO DIDACOL SAS, punctually at the headquarters of Bella Switzerland, where vehicles had reference entering the workshop for servicing 15,000 kilometers, because the services are more entries recorded at the dealership. Initially the sample of 10 vehicles of different lines SUBARU who entered the dealership is taken, these were performed taking time during their stay at the dealership throughout the procedure keeping 15,000 kilometers, which it was possible to make an analysis operations that generate bottleneck workshop. Upon completion of data analysis, a proposal in which the necessary actions are recommended to ensure an improvement in the response time of maintenance by mileage of SUBARU vehicles at the dealership, which specifies that assets and human talent arises are necessary to meet this objective, this proposal will include a financial analysis which can be identified with few maintenance services investment return achieved by the dealer.
