In this paper, analysis and research on various topics directly related to the maintenance display, which focus toward a firm mass transit that currently presents problems in maintaining and therefore there are huge losses as productivity and credibility among customers, will begin with a definition and shaping of the problems presented here in order to identify the most representative flaws. Then it continues with the development of the theoretical framework and issues related to the problems presented, in order to make an appropriate design for the implementation of the 5M is necessary to establish performance indicators and some improvements in the maintenance area this work must go accompanied procurement of spare parts, training, procedures, which is represented in investment costs, to keep track of these tasks to create a maintenance plan is proposed, considering the machines, the methodology, environment, labor and raw material. Finally some recommendations and conclusions of the strategy will be applied.

The cargo transportation company, Transporte Logístico C & G SAS, is located in Tabio town - Cundinamarca, where its principal activity is the inter-freight transport by road, carrying daily mainly carnation-like export of different crops located in the Sabana de Bogota to El Dorado Airport in Bogota. Currently it has 12 drivers and 2 people in the Admin. According to Law 1503 of 2011 and Resolution 1565 of 2014 any institution, company or organization legally constituted public or private sector, to fulfill its mission or to develop their activities possesses, manufactures, assembles, sells, hires, or administer fleets of motor vehicles or motor not exceeding ten units, or hire staff or manage drivers, they must design the Strategic Road Safety Plan. For PESV design company, it was necessary to identify road risks factors, an interview with each of the drivers in order to analyze the risks that they identify in their daily work. With this policy are made, the recommendations and road safety education and other issues that will be part of their training in accordance with the action lines in which this plan is based: Strengthening the Institutional Management, Human Behavior, Vehicles Insurances, Secure Infrastructure, Victims Attention.

Elaboración del plan de mantenimiento basado en condición para la flota vehicular de mezcladoras de concreto de una empresa productora de concretos, morteros y derivados

The following work was performed for the purpose of developing a plan condition based maintenance focused on improving the effectiveness of vehicle active critics of a manufacturer of concrete, mortars and derivatives, in order to reduce the hours of unscheduled stop, raise system productivity and minimize costs associated with maintenance. To accomplish this, we first conduct a diagnosis of the situation of the assets and a collection of technical information. Then, develop a program of lubricant analysis to determine critical systems. This analysis will provide the basis for selecting predictive tools, and from them determine the inspection procedures and other key aspects such as measurement points sampling routes, frequency of inspection activities. Once designed the entire program, will proceed to implementation, resulting in the detection of various problems that, if not corrected in time, can cause failures that would impact significantly on production, safety and environment.

Formulación de un plan de gestión del riesgo generado por los procesos de movimientos en masa en la vía Bogotá-Villeta

Los movimientos en masa, son procesos que se ocurren en todo el mundo, por lo que actualmente es un tema muy tratado por ingenieros civiles y por geotecnistas entre otros profesionales. En Colombia debido a la temporada de lluvias que se presentó en el año 2010, ocasionó el desprendimiento de materiales en todas las vías del país, a lo cual el gobierno nacional generó disposiciones que permitieron declarar el estado de emergencia con el fin de tomar medidas y acciones inmediatas para mitigar los impactos y restablecer la circulación en estas. La escasa información existente no permite el análisis de cómo procesos antrópicos de riego excesivo de suelos, cortes inadecuados de los taludes conllevan a aumentar la inestabilidad de las laderas en las vías; como se observa en su mayoría que estos suceden por saturación de agua en el suelo y roca, se pretende entrar a analizar estos factores con el fin de plantear algunas prácticas ambientales adecuadas que disminuyan la cantidad de masa en movimiento y permitan desarrollar un plan de manejo que mitigue los riesgos potenciales. Esta propuesta se plantea a partir de utilizar una metodología adaptada de diferentes estudios de evaluación de riesgo que permiten identificar y caracterizar las variables ambientales y antrópicas que pueden acelerarlo o pondéralo. Posteriormente se determinaron los aspectos que tienen mayor influencia en detonar deslizamientos y a partir de esta ponderación se formularon programas con medidas de ingeniería civil, ambiental y social con sus respectivas fichas de proyecto. Se determinó que de conformidad con lo descrito por estudios de diferentes autores que uno de los factores que aumenta el riesgo en la inestabilidad de los taludes ubicados en las vías es la presencia de agua en volúmenes que saturan el suelo, por lo cual los proyectos planteados están orientados a implementar diversas formas de canalización de las aguas, así como métodos para mantener la vegetación en los taludes y medidas de prevención para alertar a la comunidad. El proceso para formular el Plan de Gestión de Riesgo se planteó a partir de un estudio de caso realizado en dos puntos de la vía Bogotá – Villeta, específicamente en los kilómetros 57 y 72 denominados La Vega y Chorro Caiquero; debido a que allí se presentaron movimientos en masa. En estos puntos se efectuaron inspecciones de campo para establecer el tipo de suelo y la vegetación característica y se analizaron los factores de riesgo.

The present research work includes a proposal for the study of reliability or ATBF (Average time between failures) on a fleet of buses of the massive Capital S.A.S Company, that contributed in increasing the productivity of assets for this company. The project begins with a detailed presentation of the study of the problems of ATBF, reviewing the business environment to be able to design a plan of solutions to these problems in order to improve the operation, quality of service and road safety. The Project is focused in the study of assets Management, for thus to carry to out them plans of maintenance preventive and predictive in the company, to be able to determine the variable that affected directly the operation of the vehicles was necessary an analysis of fault at set times to establish what were the most common failures that were presented and in this way to act towards mitigation of them. According to the results of the study an of them failures more frequently identified was associated to them brakes, for this fault was implemented with the help of the RCM maintenance plans focused directly on the pneumatic system that feeds the brakes of vehicles.

It is planned to complete the project within 6 months in which he studied the state of knowledge of operators the shortcomings are identified and proceed to create the training plan in the end it will proceed with the evaluation of the results to show the positive results generated by the project in the profitability of the company.

This paper presents an analysis of the process of collections from a cargo transportation company specifically devoted to piquet which has drawbacks in the process of gathering your customers effectively. Given time constraints and information provided by the organization performs only the most critical path in order to submit a proposal for optimization of this process that allows the company more money income which benefits the cash flow journal are the resources allocated for the payment of advances understood as operating domestic travel expenses, payment of freight and fuel. At the end the way how the route should be divided in terms of geographical distribution and customers, the cost would be for the organization and the value of sales that would be due to l therefore increase the usefulness of the partners and shareholders described.

This project is based on different strategies to conventional about how good maintenance and customer service vehicles for the entire fleet in the city of Bogotá, based on the concept of maintenance where are transactions for conservation vehicles through inspections and repairs to ensure its smooth operation and reliability. It is also based is cost reduction strategies that will leverage all the resources of the organization and meeting project objectives. For cost reduction strategy in which work methods to attack all areas of the workshop involved will be proposed and at the end will point to the overall objective of the project.
