Currently it has 12 drivers and 2 people in the Admin. According to Law 1503 of 2011 and Resolution 1565 of 2014 any institution, company or organization legally constituted public or private sector, to fulfill its mission or to develop their activities possesses, manufactures, assembles, sells, hires, or administer fleets of motor vehicles or motor not exceeding ten units, or hire staff or manage drivers, they must design the Strategic Road Safety Plan. For PESV design company, it was necessary to identify road risks factors, an interview with each of the drivers in order to analyze the risks that they identify in their daily work. To accomplish this, we first conduct a diagnosis of the situation of the assets and a collection of technical information. Then, develop a program of lubricant analysis to determine critical systems. This analysis will provide the basis for selecting predictive tools, and from them determine the inspection procedures and other key aspects such as measurement points sampling routes, frequency of inspection activities. Once designed the entire program, will proceed to implementation, resulting in the detection of various problems that, if not corrected in time, can cause failures that would impact significantly on production, safety and environment.Publicación Acceso abierto Formulación de un plan de gestión del riesgo generado por los procesos de movimientos en masa en la vía Bogotá-Villeta(Universidad ECCI, 2014) Hernández Pineda, Luz Astrid; Moreno Pineda, Adriana; García Bolívar, AlbertoLos movimientos en masa, son procesos que se ocurren en todo el mundo, por lo que actualmente es un tema muy tratado por ingenieros civiles y por geotecnistas entre otros profesionales. En Colombia debido a la temporada de lluvias que se presentó en el año 2010, ocasionó el desprendimiento de materiales en todas las vías del país, a lo cual el gobierno nacional generó disposiciones que permitieron declarar el estado de emergencia con el fin de tomar medidas y acciones inmediatas para mitigar los impactos y restablecer la circulación en estas. La escasa información existente no permite el análisis de cómo procesos antrópicos de riego excesivo de suelos, cortes inadecuados de los taludes conllevan a aumentar la inestabilidad de las laderas en las vías; como se observa en su mayoría que estos suceden por saturación de agua en el suelo y roca, se pretende entrar a analizar estos factores con el fin de plantear algunas prácticas ambientales adecuadas que disminuyan la cantidad de masa en movimiento y permitan desarrollar un plan de manejo que mitigue los riesgos potenciales. Esta propuesta se plantea a partir de utilizar una metodología adaptada de diferentes estudios de evaluación de riesgo que permiten identificar y caracterizar las variables ambientales y antrópicas que pueden acelerarlo o pondéralo. Posteriormente se determinaron los aspectos que tienen mayor influencia en detonar deslizamientos y a partir de esta ponderación se formularon programas con medidas de ingeniería civil, ambiental y social con sus respectivas fichas de proyecto. Se determinó que de conformidad con lo descrito por estudios de diferentes autores que uno de los factores que aumenta el riesgo en la inestabilidad de los taludes ubicados en las vías es la presencia de agua en volúmenes que saturan el suelo, por lo cual los proyectos planteados están orientados a implementar diversas formas de canalización de las aguas, así como métodos para mantener la vegetación en los taludes y medidas de prevención para alertar a la comunidad. El proceso para formular el Plan de Gestión de Riesgo se planteó a partir de un estudio de caso realizado en dos puntos de la vía Bogotá – Villeta, específicamente en los kilómetros 57 y 72 denominados La Vega y Chorro Caiquero; debido a que allí se presentaron movimientos en masa. The project begins with a detailed presentation of the study of the problems of ATBF, reviewing the business environment to be able to design a plan of solutions to these problems in order to improve the operation, quality of service and road safety. The Project is focused in the study of assets Management, for thus to carry to out them plans of maintenance preventive and predictive in the company, to be able to determine the variable that affected directly the operation of the vehicles was necessary an analysis of fault at set times to establish what were the most common failures that were presented and in this way to act towards mitigation of them.
