The main purpose of this paper grade is to provide the tools for continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System based on Decree 1072 Book 2, Part 2, Title 4, Chapter 6 in the company COMPANY COMPREHENSIVE CONSULTANCY IDEAS SAS, meeting the legal requirements and the needs of the organization. The project consists of four stages, the first a description of the structure of the organization was made; the second stage diagnosis Management System of Integral was made based on the Decree No. 1072 of 2015 which provide us the state of the company against compliance with the requirements of the decree, followed by diagnostic analysis of the information was made in order to establish and define opportunities for improvement of the management system; The third stage consisted of the development of the OSHMS Manual with procedures, formats and programs required for implementation; Fourth stage and a schedule of activities as proposed implementation which will reveal the costs and approximate times presented.
