Diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para un proyecto de construcción en Pasto – Nariño

In the absence of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System for a construction project in Pasto Nariño; A SGSST was designed for it in order to guarantee safe and healthy working conditions, know the risks and dangers in its productive stage and help prevent accidents and occupational diseases, taking into account the minimum standards established in Resolution 0312 ( 2019). A quantitative-descriptive approach was taken into account, which was found in the first instance through an initial evaluation of the project, which presents a development level of 17% in relation to OSH, there are minimal actions in OSH, and the main factors of existing risks in the work are biological (Covid 19 virus) and locative (work at heights). Taking into account these findings, an SGSST was designed that includes a total of appropriate documents within the Plan, Make Verify and Act cycle, in which plans, programs, procedures, instructions, minutes and matrices were included. Finally, an annual work plan was included as a guide route so that the company can subsequently implement the proposed SGSST design, contemplating an execution date from December 2020 to December 2021 with activities established in relation to 60 minimum regulatory standards. With this research, an instrument (SGSST) was provided, so that in addition to being able to be implemented in the construction project in Pasto Nariño, it can be adapted for another project in the same sector.
