The present work, recognizing the difficulties and / or problematic exist within the environmental care, as well as the scarce and participation of the educational community of the Casabuy Educational Center in the development of the intervention proposals; He observed and identified the need to establish a proposal of intervention that support the processes an institutional level, aiming at the implementation of environmental pedagogical actions that promoted the participation of parents and students of the transition the preschool level of the Casabuy Educational Center, as well Such as strengthening the PRAE; The specific objectives are to identify the behaviors and perceptions of parents and students in relation to the environment; Design and execute workshops that encourage the change of environmental awareness within the participants, thus promoting future actions that contribute to the improvement and sustainability of environmental conditions; On the other hand, it seeks to create an ecological Semillero Club, in which both parents and students participated, and finally, a plan for the improvement of educational and pedagogical institutions and environmental care was designed. The methodology for such compliance, from a qualitative perspective, due to the importance of the different points of view and the experiences of the participants, supported by the research type of Action Research, which contemplates the development of actions of the same Understandings And actions that the participants finally supported in a historicalhermeneutical approach, since it is necessary to work from the same experiences of the population. Among the results obtained, it was identified that the population the possibility that the population changed the consciousness and responsibility of environmental care, in the transformation and care of it; It was also oriented to the strategy developed, could be integrated to the institutional guidelines of the PRAE.
