The air conditioning is especially important in hot climates, creating comfort in the vehicle's passengers, periodic review is also necessary to avoid health problems and reduce the risk of accidents. Through maintenance plan for air conditioning systems in vehicles it seeks to reduce failures, costly repairs, disagreements with users and efficiency losses by external factors. Environmental conditions influence the performance of air conditioning systems and therefore should be considered in the design of cooling systems and maintenance. Based on the records of various failures, periodic inspections of the maintenance plan fit and predictive techniques to anticipate premature wear and costly damage are proposed. How value-added analysis of external factors that impede optimal performance in the air conditioning system is performed. The goal is to find the most appropriate techniques to prevent moisture from the system, compensation for lost refrigerant, providing a pleasant sensation on the passengers and the range of variation in fuel consumption is minimized. Instructional optimization for maintenance aims to ensure quality and effective procedure which results in reducing labor costs also increase confidence in air conditioning systems. a protocol that aims to intervene early air conditioning equipment to a fault is established.
