La realización del presente trabajo de grado establece un diseño metodológico de sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo para micro y pequeñas empresas enmarcado en las limitaciones que ha traído la actual pandemia en presencialidad y recursos, teniendo en cuenta el análisis efectuado y contextualizado de estas. Se tienen en cuenta precedentes de fuentes primarias, y estudios generados a través de la cámara de comercio, informes sectoriales, y otras fuentes estadísticas. Este trabajo es enfocado en la cultura de la prevención identificando los altos beneficios que se obtienen comparados con los costos de la no seguridad y salud de los trabajadores, de acuerdo a los cambios que se han tenido que realizar en la operatividad de las compañías, soportado por los requerimientos del decreto 1072:2015 y normatividad vigente de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y el interés de los empresarios en proteger y generar bienestar a sus trabajadores.

The completion of this degree Project establishes a model of an occupational health and safety management System for micro and small companies framed by the limitations that the current pandemic has brought in terms of presence and resources. Takink into account the analysis carried out and contextualized of the present of these. Precedents and studies generated throught the commerce chamber and other statistical aspects are taken into account. It is focused on the culture of prevention, identifying the high benefits that are obtained compared to the costs of the non – safety and health of the workers, according to the changes that have had to be made in the operation of the companies. Supported by the requirements of decree 1072:2015 and current regulations on health and safety at work and the interest of employers in protecting and generating well – being to their workers.
