In this work, an internal audit model will be developed in the company Novatécnica SAS in the process of in-house contracts to verify the level of compliance with the contractual services with the clients. For this reason, a methodology that comprehensively encompasses the current regulations that clients such as I.P.S and the ISO 13485 standards in which they want to be certified is imperative. In addition, the model must identify the current contracts and the requirements that must be taken into account in order to develop an audit that is robust in the line of in-hospital biomedical management. For this, theoretical components and current applications will be collected based on the reference framework of this work.
